When you desire a particular look, please be as detailed as possible. After services are rendered and you leave the chair which would be assumed as a satisfied customer. You may N0T request refunds for deposits or services.

  • Deposits are $50.00 via PayPal that goes toward your appointment price. Deposits are N0N refundable.

  • Hairstyles are N0N refundable.

  • Exact cash is 0NLY accepted for the remaining balance.

  • I will send out confirmation texts the night before your appointment. When you respond back to the confirmation text an address will be provided. If you haven't responded back to the confirmation text by morning your appointment will be cancelled due to no response.

  • Please book with the correct information. I must be able to speak with you when reaching out. If by any chance your information changes please update on the booking site.

  • If requested TRAVEL FEE $100.00

  • VIP appointments are available upon request 24 hours in advanced but will be an EXTRA FEE 0F $75.00 All VIP appointments MUST be paid half of service as a deposit for appointment to be secured. (Please text with detailed instructions below)

  • Everyone has a ten minute grace period. Y0U WILL N0T be charged. “IF” you're over ten minutes there will be a late fee of $10.00. If you're over 20 minutes late your appointment will be CANCELLED! Please be respectful of everyone’s time!

  • I WILL N0T go over other hair stylists work. Please prepare for a new install. Lace must be in tact (No holes or patches) If hair needs cleaning maintenance text with a detailed picture of used hair to confirm before we can meet. (24 hours or more) Cleaning Maintenance fee is $30.00

 

  • New wigs MUST be also dropped off within 24 hours or more. (Plucking and bleaching knots are included)

  • If services of bleaching knots/ plucking is needed the same day. You will be charged a same day fee of $30.00
